How to Book an Office
Request Free Office Space
Limited free small office spaces (2-3 person offices) are available at each Regus Office monthly. Contact our office admin at info@nbcsa.net.
Alternative Booking Options
If free spaces are unavailable, you can book office space online via the My Regus app (for your own account). Larger venues are also booked through the app with NBCSA member discounts.
Address Usage
You may use a Regus address in your Province as your office address on letterheads and business cards (free of charge). Use your own telephone number for contact.
Important Notes & Protocols
- Early Booking Required: Book in time and familiarize yourself with Regus cancellation policies.
- Document Delivery: Briefs and documents can be delivered to Regus offices (free of charge). Address them to: "NBCSA for attention of Adv. [Your Full Names and Surname], [Regus Address and Contact Number]"
- Protocol Compliance: Contact Melanie before having documents delivered to ensure correct protocol for your province's Regus office.
- Prior Arrangement Required: No member may visit any Regus office without prior arrangement with Melanie or a confirmed booking.
- Membership Identification: Present your NBCSA membership card when using Regus facilities.
